Eligibility

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging

Initiating a Return

- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

- Provide your order number and reason for return

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- Use a trackable shipping method and ensure items are securely packaged

Refund Process

- Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.

- Damaged product will be replaced and exchanged. We will deliver the exchange or replace the product within 7 Business days.

Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or customized items

- Non-returnable products as specified

Return Policy

- For the damaged replacement/return, the video opening box video must be required

- For any other valid reason to return items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging

- No exchange.

Rescheduling of Consultation

- The client may reschedule appointments until 24 hours prior to the selected time slot.

- Incase of emergencies and unexpected situations please contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs without applying 10% cancellation fees.
